Established in 2006. Kautilya College run by sugra Shikshan Sansthan is affiliated to University of kota, kota, Rajasthan. Kautilya Group Education is an important milestone in the development of higher education in Rajasthan. The Institute scored 5 th rank in "Swachhta in Higher Educational Institutions in the Country" for the year 2018 & 2019 on all india basis. The institution received the District Green Champion Certificate in 2022.

The institution has successfully elevated the Swachhta Action Plan, adopted and implemented best practices in the areas of Sanitation, Hygiene, Waste Management, Water Management, Energy Management and Greenery Management. The Institute is currently encouraging inter-disciplinary higher education to spread knowledge to every strata of the society it aims at creating a value-based and oriented world-class leaning environment and establishing itself as a centre of distinction adheres to the core values of respect, compassion and social responsibility.
